As a Global Payroll Solutions Consultant, the successful applicant will:
Requirements:
Possess extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Global Payroll (Core and Australian Extension), and Absence Management.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll business processes and legislative requirements for Australian Payrolls.
Showcase expertise in Rules Writing, Configuration, Processing, Enhancement Design, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Support for Global Payroll and Absence Management.
Exhibit experience in writing functional specifications and effective collaboration with technical and test resources.
Have a detailed understanding of testing requirements and approaches for large-scale enterprise applications.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging with stakeholders and end-users across all levels of the client organization.
Bring strong analytical, solution design, and documentation skills to the team.
Work collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting activities.
