VIC Site Operations Coordinator Permanent

Providing a full range of logistic services, both international and domestic to the Australian Exhibition and Events Industry you will be set up for a successful, long term career. With their business growing, they are seeking an organised and logistical minded person to add to their established team in Victoria.

With their Head Office based in Campbellfield you will be required to work at Events sites predominantly based in Melbourne’s CBD and surrounds. About the Role: You will be the main point of contact for freight, organisers, and exhibitors for Melbourne’s premier trade shows and more.

You’ll play an integral role in getting workplaces prepared and dismantled for the show organisers. The roles autonomy will give you full responsibility on allocated jobs/shows setting out to meet the client’s satisfaction. Responsibilities will include:

Booking and tracking freight Ensure excellent customer service is executed by providing prompt and correct information Generate quotes for exhibitors, invoicing and following up quotes and payment

Planning and organising logistics Working onsite to service exhibitors and customers at events and exhibitions when required Meeting KPI’s that are set out for you

Adhoc duties Interstate travel as required About

You: Previous experience in a similar logistics or freight forwarding role Experience within the exhibition and events space

Experience managing a team and delegating tasks Exceptional organisation and communication abilities Great customer service abilities

Forklift license Reliable transport for travel *This isn’t a Monday to Friday job.

You’ll have a varied working week which may include weekends. At times you’ll be required to travel to interstate sites to assist with large events. *
