What is in it for you?As part of closing the market gap of machine operators in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a
Yellow Gear Academy to address the gap in the industry and remove some of the barriers preventing people from getting involved. Cleanaway is seeking 4 people to participate in an intensive training program required to set you up to be a competent machine operator, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.Paid training program will include:
- Induction to Cleanaway
- Training program to become a machine operator
- In cab coaching (where possible)
- Solo driving time
