This exciting new role will have you joining and supporting a dynamic family law team as an experienced Lawyer/Solicitor. You will oversee a range of responsibilities from start to finish, including but not limited to:

• Attending Alternative Dispute Resolution sessions
• Instructing and working closely with Counsel
• Managing Property Settlements
• Drafting legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and court submissions
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and precedents
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
• Taking responsibility for client matters from start to finish
• Representing clients in court proceedings when necessary
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Handling Parenting and children’s matters and addressing Child support and divorce cases
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Participating in professional development activities to enhance legal expertise

ABOUT YOU:
To be considered a desirable candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE of family law experience
• Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using LEAP and MS Suite
• Be able to build strong client relationships
