Vice President

Capstone is currently recruiting for an experienced Vice President to work for an investment management business based in Sydney.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing investment and development business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your core responsibilities will include the management of the Investment Management team including the responsibility of the day-to-day financial modeling, feasibility, and statistical analysis of assets, portfolio, and Fund Mandates and reporting for Capital. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain development, property, portfolio, and fund models providing key metrics including returns, costs, leasing, vacancy, etc.
• Manage cash flow modeling at a property and portfolio level for leasing and scenario analysis.
• Lead the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs Strategic Asset Plans (SAP), and Budgets.
• Development, maintenance, and enhancements of Excel financial models and performance measurement tools.

You will ideally have 8 years + experience in the banking and real estate industry. Proven skills in financial modeling, experience in investment analysis, advanced Excel skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving ability.  Degree qualification in property, finance or economics is required.
