What the role is all about:
Video content is our bread and butter, and our Video Camera Operators are an essential ingredient to our success.
We’re the experts in the field and are known for delivering content that pushes boundaries and raises standards. As a Video Camera Operator, you’ll report to the Field Team Manager and join an existing team of creative shooters and editors, to produce high-quality, stand out imagery across a variety of genres including property, architecture, corporate films, and events.
You have an eye for capturing quality imagery and take pride in every shot. You will be working onsite with clients and will require excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for following detailed briefs and executing to client expectations, but can also create spectacular footage from minimal information. This role will provide endless opportunity to bring your creative flair and new ideas to create engaging content that pushes excellence to a new level.

- Engage with clients by asking questions to understand.
- Give and receive feedback to build rapport and strong professional relationships internally and externally.
- Communicate with clarity through authentic collaboration with our clients and teams, both internal and offshore to deliver solutions that adhere to deadlines and schedules but also push boundaries.
- Ability to be organised and think fast under pressure, remaining unflustered juggling multiple projects.
- Show initiative and passion for quality, innovation whilst staying true to the necessities of a consistent end-to-end video.
- You are supportive and bold, confident to make quick decisions but bold enough to push the envelope on new concepts to take a client brief to the next level.
