We are a dynamic and fast-moving workplace. We are seeking a versatile and experienced Video Producer to support our brand development and social media identity. Our ideal candidate will have experience producing engaging, professional quality digital video content aimed at promoting our venues, building our brand and capturing our corporate identity to support a range of other corporate objectives. This involves comprehensive management, production, and development of all video, digital, and social media video content creation to facilitate the execution of marketing strategies across all RMS Group venues. It also includes recording events, planning recordings and video shoots, editing and other technical steps to deliver the final digital product for our venues and our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive (minimum two years) professional experience working across a variety of venues in the hospitality industry and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Film or Video Production and Marketing. Some out of hours and weekend work is required for this role.
Duties include -
- Plan, produce and edit multimedia assets - including short and long-format videos utilising Premiere Pro and other tools for audio and video editing.
- Manage the end-to-end workflow for scheduling, recording and editing content from conception to execution.
- Contribute to the content review process, to ensure all assets produced maintain a high production quality. This includes ensuring videos, stills /photography address key objectives, target audience/customers and brand positioning.
- Plan and Develop storylines and video content to represent the RMS corporate image along with our venues to our clients in the most effective manner.
- Coordinate and prepare video shoot scenes, scout, select and reserve shoot locations at the venues with costings and ensure that it is within budget.
- Ensure multimedia assets are circulated to the respective venues and being uploaded to the websites and other online platforms.
- Source and maintain a repository of images, photographs, videos and other assets required in the development of multimedia content.
- Contribute to the Marketing team’s planning processes.
- Manage external multimedia agencies, including photographers or other suppliers.
- Lead the charge and production on all content from the creation, production and execution.
- Select and organise props, lighting, locations, venues, staff and other requirements
- Produce video content for our ad campaigns distributed in all social media channels and websites.
