The Sports Nutrition Association organisation are the only professional body responsible for the Establishment & Management of Best Practises for Sports Nutrition globally.
We do this through:

Who we are Seeking
We are looking for an enthusiastic ‘Video Editing - digital production allrounder’ to handle the production & delivery of our Digital Content (primarily short form video) across our multiple social and digital accounts. This is for someone who enjoys working in this variety of areas, believes in our mission, and appreciates how crucial effective consistent Digital Content is in achieving this, while sharing in our values.

About the role:
- You will be working with and a key part of our team (you're responsible for ensuring we get our message out effectively!)
- You will be responsible for producing the following content:
- 5-8 x 25-90 second short form IG/tiktok/YT short captioned shorts/wk
- 1 x 8-18 min longer form high production quality Youtube vid every 2 months (requiring storyboarding pre-planning & organising b-roll etc)
- 1 x 60-90 min YT interview per month (not a lot of post production required here) - and upload to
- The role is 2 days/wk part time 4 x 6 hour days
- You will be taking over from our existing editor whose availability has changed, but is staying on for specialised project work.
Package:
- 16- hours/wk permanent part time, leave etc.
- 30k base
- **Must have a really good decent DSLR & lighting equipment
- **Must be experienced with Submagic & short form piece to cam info style short form videos
- Must be familiar with frame.io or equivalent reviewing programs
Qualifications & experience
- At least 12-months experience in a Digital Content production role
- Familiarity with Fitness, Nutrition & Sports Science Industries
- Highly effective & proficient in premier pro & mobile app based editing for high quality agile production
- Familiarity with frame.io for feedback notes on project files (and linking with premier)
- Experience scoping, briefing & managing multiple projects at the same time
- Familiarity with Canva for efficient design production (thumbnails) as well as adobe for more detailed design and production work
- High level of G-Suite/Sheets/Excel literacy
- Highly literate with all formatting requirements for social media content distribution
- Agile with learning and embraces feedback
On a final note, we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to do this work for the long term and appreciates both the package, and the fact that Ai and social is rapidly disrupting how we consume content and where things are going. We want to find the person that will be a long-term part of the team that even when Ai can do most things post production & scheduling-wise we still keep them on because they're an invaluable part of the team.
