The role:

As the Videographer / Multimedia Producer at Symal Group, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating multimedia content that supports marketing campaigns and elevates brand visibility across internal and external channels. From conceptualisation through to final execution, you will ensure all video projects align closely with our brands’ vision, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and innovation.

Your creativity and resourcefulness will directly impact Symal's brand presence and engagement strategies across various platforms. By producing high-quality multimedia content, you will enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement across both internal and external digital channels.

Your every day:

From shooting on a live construction project site to producing virtual and augmented reality content - no two days are the same at Symal.

• Develop cohesive multimedia strategies aligned with marketing objectives
• Script, storyboard, budget, and manage resources for video projects
• Coordinate all aspects of video production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Produce and edit engaging videos, animations and explore the latest technology trends
• Manage post-production processes, including editing, voiceovers, and music licensing.

Who you are:

• Experienced in professional videography and photography, with a strong understanding of composition, lighting and camera operations
• Creative thinker passionate about visual storytelling and communication
• Organised and detail-oriented with excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience in drone photography/videography.
