Our client, a large, Federal Government Organisation, who is responsible for consolidating the Government's efforts to drive economic growth, productivity and competitiveness by bringing together industry, energy, resources and science, are Seeking the experience of a VIP Support Officer for a 12 month contract, based in the Canberra City and offsite.

Responsibilities:

• Managing meeting schedules.
• Collating and reviewing agendas and meeting papers.
• Supporting the chair at meetings.
• Capturing minutes and managing action items.
• Tracking progress of work items.
• Reporting on progress of items and updating records.

Experience:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong and efficient organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Highly collaborative and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to problem-solve and undertake tasks that may require research and analysis.
