Infinite Consulting is seeking a talented ICT Communication & Training Support Officer for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is a long term contract with 12 months initial term and 2x12 months options to extend, based on funding and approval.About the role:You will be a self-motivated professional with ability to work independently, or as part of a Program/Project team. The main responsibilities will include:

• Support the Organisational Change and Communication manager to deliver communication plans and stakeholder-focused engagement collateral as well as contribute to related strategy development.
• Assist the Organisational Change and Communication manager to develop, maintain and deliver communication strategies and communication plans for the Projects and Program.
• Develop, maintain and deliver communication and training artefacts in various formats, e.g. news articles, intranet pages, presentations, user guides, face-to-face, classroom training, online and recordings.
• Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to plan, facilitate and deliver presentations and stakeholder communications.

Essential criteria:

• 2-3 years of experience in communication roles within the Australian Government environment.
• Ability to develop draft communication strategies and plans for the Communication and Change Manager.
• Experience in training coordination, design and delivery to support systems implementation.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to develop, maintain and deliver communication and training artefacts in various formats, materials and channels e.g. posters, banners, news articles, intranet pages, presentations, user guides, face-to-face, classroom training, online and recordings.
• Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
