- Schedule and maintain Make Safe trade, customer and estimator appointments
- Review and follow up reports from trades
- Liaise with trades to ensure reports are accurate and submit to our Clients
- Perform a range of administration duties and support to Make Safe team, our Clients and their customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with our clients, customers, and contractors regarding insurance claims
- Answer phone calls from our clients, customers, contractors, and internal staff daily and be able to assist where necessary, transfer the calls to the correct Supervisor when needed
- Experience in the Construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systems
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repair
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
