About the Role:
Our esteemed client is pursuing a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the critical position of Virtual Receptionist. The primary responsibility will be to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to patients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for virtual visitors, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and virtual inquiries.
• Coordinate and manage virtual appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to scheduling protocols.
• Provide patients with relevant information regarding appointments, services, and healthcare procedures.
• Utilize your fluency in Arabic to assist patients and colleagues who may prefer communication in the Arabic language.
• Translate and communicate medical information accurately as needed.
• Offer virtual assistance to patients by providing information on services, healthcare plans, and general inquiries.
• Guide patients through virtual registration processes and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to relay essential information and updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare staff through virtual channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to virtual inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Address and resolve virtual inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience as a virtual receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
