About the opportunity Based at our Lilydale site, the Virtual Job Coach role provides online based servicing to participants of our Disability Employment Services program. Your responsibilities will include:Provide comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them to manage employment related barriers, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforceSecure sustainable employment opportunities for participants and engage employers through referrals and reverse marketing of participantsProvide ongoing support to participants and employers to maximise employment outcomesMaintain a high level of administration, compliance and time management in-line with Department requirementsEngage with both internal and external partners to connect participants with various wrap-around services such as training providers, allied health services and other community based organisationsThis is a permanent, part-time position and is office-based in Lilydale, Victoria. Days & hours are negotiable for the successful applicant.
