Everyone is committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers, and you will have the chance to change the face of payments and commerce for Australian businesses.🎥 Take a look here what it's like to work atAbout the role;As a Visual Designer at Tyro, you are a key part of building our brand image and reputation.You’ll be joining our Creative Studio, a talented team of designers, copywriters, photographers and content creators.You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through visual design. This can be in the form of engaging advertising, how-to guides, digital, social media, print, white-paper layouts, executive presentations and event collateral. You'll also assist teams to do their own designs via basic templates and self-serve systems.Please note this is a 3 month fixed term contract.What you’ll do;Create engaging visual content for digital media, social platforms, and various marketing materials.Develop and present creative concepts using sketches, layouts, mock-ups, and prototypes.Interpret creative briefs to meet objectives and deliver high-quality designs whilst collaborating with stakeholders on improvements through feedback.Assist non-designers with basic design tasks using tools like Canva or other self-service systems.Support senior leadership with design needs for key documents and presentations.Manage the Brand Library, ensuring proper usage licensing and permissions.What you’ll bring;Prior experience in design within creative agencies or client-side roles, with a solid understanding of design principles and graphic designProficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaA strong passion for creating engaging content and bringing things to lifeStrong communication skills: You’re excited about collaborating with the team, but you can also manage expectationsAn understanding of effective digital and social media ad-formats and contentExperience in professional photography, digital retouching, HTML5 and/or videography is highly advantageous.Perks & BenefitsWe offer some amazing employee benefits such as a flexible working environment with a mix of in-office and remote working, learning & development opportunities for professional and personal development, 16 weeks paid primary carers leave, 12 weeks paid secondary carers leave, annual team based volunteer day, novated leasing, social events which includes multiple craft beer kegs (selection of beers carefully selected by our beer connoisseurs), wide selection of wine, variety of snacks and a ping pong table, selection of board and video games and many more!
