We are on the hunt for a Part-Time Visual Merchandiser to work in our Ballina, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, and Tamworth stores. This fulfilling, hands-on role involves regular travel to these stores, as well as occasional travel to our Rouse Hill Group Office for store forums, training and product selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Retail Operations, Buyers, and Store Managers to analyze data and optimize sales opportunities through strategic VM executions.
- Drive foot traffic and sales by implementing and maintaining exceptional VM standards across your stores.
- Motivate and guide store teams to uphold the national merchandising vision and achieve impeccable standards.
- Collaborate with the National Retail Operations Manager, NSW Retail Operations Manager and Store Managers to craft and execute store floor layouts with on-trend homewares and furniture, best suited to the regions demographics.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years in Visual Merchandising within a retail environment. Experience in Furniture / Homewares a benefit but not essential.
- Cert IV in VM or relevant degree/qualification highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable car for travel.
- Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and superb time management.
- A proactive, innovative, and creative team player ready to inspire.
