Your new role
Our awesome team actively enhances capabilities and performance through understanding business metrics, leveraging strong relationships and being coaching superstars. We are looking for the right person to come and make a difference, as we go through an exciting period of growth and change!
In this impactful and diverse role, you will:
Build Claims Leadership capability to uplift performance and improve the support they give their teams
Understand key metrics and data to identify key areas of opportunity and collaborate with stakeholders on continuous improvement approaches to uplift overall performance and capability across our Claims business
Leverage your creative and innovative mindset to challenge the thinking of people across the Claims business
About you
Strong knowledge and experience using and applying coaching principles and frameworks
Ability to build influential and effective working relationships with senior stakeholders across a diverse business and organization
Ability to communicate insights through impactful narrative to key stakeholders
Previous Leadership experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes (Preferred)
