About the role
The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for delivering a unique in-store shopping experience, through outstanding visual presentation of all our products and associated signage and display material. In this role you will be responsible for creating captivating, engaging and relevant store visuals including window displays and in-store displays, from inception through to execution to maximise sales.
The Visual Merchandising Manager works closely with store managers and teams to support the successful roll out, optimisation and maintenance of promotional installs, new product installs and ongoing displays in their stores.
About you
- You have a tertiary qualification in Design, Arts, Visual Merchandising or other relevant discipline.
- Creative and innovative with an ability to generate new ideas and ways of doing things.
- A genuine passion for VM, particularly in food and cooking-related retail.
- A talented problem solver and adaptable to change with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- You can work at pace, prioritise workload, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with great time management along with exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for design.
- A clear understanding of the link between Visual Merchandising and sales
