About the role:
Reporting into the Visual Merchandise Manager, you will focus on the visual interpretation strategy from seasonal floor plans to daily visual displays and execute the strategy to ensure the Highpoint store is creating the message the covers the breaths of themes and looks to inspire our customers. You will bring your visual merchandise principles, your sense of personal style and creative flair and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace to work with your dedicated team to unload shipments, maintaining and stocking the floor displays and shelves to promote and create incredible in-store experiences.
To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, which may include some weekends and peak trading times.
Your Background:
- Visual merchandising experience ideally in a retail homewares environment
- Visual merchandise qualification or working towards will be highly regarded
- Knowledge in visual merchandising techniques, standards and practices
- Proven attention to detail skills
- Strong understanding in trends and styles and a passion for visual merchandising!
