There is full-time and part-time positions available for Allied Health Qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational or other relevant Allied Health Disciplines
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services predominantly within the WorkCover, TAC, ComCare and Life Insurance schemes
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals to achieve a common goal
- Case management
- Creating and executing programs to prevent workplace injuries and provide education on workplace safety
- Supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce
- Performing diverse assessments, such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, utilising clinical skills to diagnose, support treatment plans, address psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
