The St Andrew's Hospital Foundation exists to support St Andrew's Hospital. We raise funds to provide our hospital with financial support, enabling St Andrew's to maintain state of the art equipment and facilities, and to provide specialised staff education and training opportunities.

About the Role
The Volunteer Manager leads a 90 person volunteer team who support in our Coffee Shop, our Patient Transport Service, and within various teams such as Supply and Clinical areas. The role is also responsible for developing, building and managing the St Andrew's Hospital Wellbeing Space, currently a beautiful blank slate.
Other key components of the role are:
- Recruiting new volunteers, managing compliance requirements. training & developing skills and fostering relationships
- Liaising internally to build and grow available volunteer opportunities across the Hospital
- Rostering and records management, implementation of a new CRM (BetterImpact)
- Working closely with and supporting the Coffee Shop Manager
- Developing and managing the future Wellbeing Centre direction and driving initiatives
- Overseeing National Volunteer Week programs
Applications welcomed from individuals with qualifications in project management, volunteer management or similar, plus experience providing direct volunteer management in the community or social services sectors.
You'll be able to tell us about how you have:
- Shown initiative and capacity to identify opportunities and develop relationships
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resourcefully
- Used your highly developed interpersonal communication skills to get incredible outcomes
- Worked successfully in another role within NFP, healthcare or similar
This is a part time permanent role at 0.6FTE - generally 3 days a week but there is flexibility available depending on what our Volunteers need, the Foundation calendar, and what you might need.
