Volvo Cars Central Coast are ready for their Concierge to join in on the fun.
As the Concierge, you will play a key role in providing a relaxed and professional experience with our Volvo brand.
Your main roles will involve warmly welcoming visitors to our business and recording the amount of daily traffic; encompassing walk-ins, phone and social media inquiries.
This role requires an individual who is self-confident, enjoys organising ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the workplace and driven to provide correct reporting data.
As you will be the central point of contact for visitors you will need to be professionally presented and motivated in maintaining a professional workspace ensuring a positive first impression of the prestigious Volvo brand.
About the role
- Greet and welcome visitors to the Dealerships Volvo & JEEP/RAM showrooms
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently with correct information.
- Assist visitors to the right Dealership personnel to help them with their needs
- Driving clients if the needs arises
- Maintain organised showrooms
- Work with colleagues to ensure correct data recorded
- Supporting Sales Executives in the New car showrooms
What we are looking for from you
- Experience in a people centric focused role
- Collaborative team member, with confidence to influence up, down and across the dealership
- Self-starter, disciplined in completing responsibilities correctly
- Welcoming and friendly demeanor, ability to put visitors at ease quickly
- Clear communication skills, written and verbal
