The Project Administrators primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager mostly centred around compliance.
His or her duties are centred around the requirements of all live projects.
Main Tasks:
Prepare and Submit Compliance Documentation
- Pre commencement - compile and submit all compliance documentation which may include Site Specific Safety Plans, Material Safety Data Sheets, Occupational Heath and Safety Plan including Safety Work Method Statements(SWMS).
- Request, collate and submit documentation for Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and warranties.
- Check google labour sheets for installers.
Request and submit samples for approval.
Monitor Operations Mangers online communication and provide assistance as required.
Sub-Contractor Assistance
- Organise Site inductions and registrations for installers.
- Communicate all updated Floor91 work method policies to subcontractors
