- Contributing to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to evidence-based, recovery-focused care for clients
- Current registration with AHPRA
- At least 5 years of experience in a General Medical setting
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
- Strong leadership abilities, including supervision, guidance, and team delegation skills
- Proficiency in planning, evaluating, and enhancing both team and individual performance
- Pursuit or attainment of a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health is highly value
