About this role: WA Oil Wellsite Representative

On behalf of Chevron, one of the world's leading integrated energy companies, we are looking for a WA Oil Wellsite Representative.

This position reports to the Chevron WA Oil Lead Wellsite Representative on Barrow Island. The Chevron WA OilWellsite Representative is responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient execution of rig and rigless well intervention
and plug and abandonment operations.

This position is expected to coordinate and supervise workover rigs, rigless slickline, rigless pumping spreads andrigless coiled tubing units performing intervention work on producer and injector wells.

This position is also responsible for the data management of the planning and execution of well operations as wellas the documentation of the executed operations into WellView (wells systems of record).

  • Align work to Chevron Operational Excellence (OE) safety management systems
  • Promote and be a visible leader to Chevron's OE culture - safety leadership and environmental stewardship.
  • Lead pre-start safety meeting discussions with rig and rigless unit crews
  • Lead crews to review well programmes, POAs, JSAs and debriefs. Capture lessons learned and ensure theseare implemented.
  • Be the custodian of the lease/well handover and all permits associated with the well work.
  • Work under the direction of the Chevron Lead Wellsite Representative to coordinate and supervise:- Rig workover activity
    - Rig P&A activity- Rigless slickline intervention (setting tubing plugs, shifting sliding sleeves, punching, cutting tubing)
    - Rigless coiled tubing through-tubing intervention (tubing clean out, drill out tubing plugs, drill outcement plugs, spot cement plugs)
    - Offline fluids preparation and fluids movement to wellsites- Offline well circulations or well kills
    - Offline wellhead maintenance (repairing lock down screws, wellhead valves, rod BOP and stuffingboxes)
    - Offline well integrity surveillance work (pressure diagnostics, bleed offs, pressure testing)2/2
  • Witness all barrier verification tests and sign test chart
  • Verify and maintain all tallies of components run in the hol
  • Coordinates the input of well planning documentation (approved well programmes, well operations plans)into WellView to generate a WellView Well Specific Data Sheet instructions, with the associated work order
    numbers for accurate time & cost allocation
  • Daily liaisons with the Chevron Wells Engineering team (office based) for the planning of well operations andequipment/inventory management.
  • Coordinates the input of the actual executed well operations (tour reports, pressure test data) into WellView
  • Responsible for accurately keeping the well data in WellView after the well operations are completed -updated well schematic, accurate completion strings showing all components, input of any particular fluid or
    wellbore conditions of note into Sticky Notes.
  • Tracking inventory of stock and non-stock items and communicating to Chevron Wells Engineers and ChevronMaterials & Logistics Specialists when stocks need to be replenished.
  • Coordination of in-field logistics with field logistics teams to ensure arriving materials/equipment are properlyand safely stored in correct places, with the inventory management systems tracked.
What you need to bring:
  • Australian Full working rights
  • Well control certification - IWCF Level 4 or IADC WellSharp for Supervisor
  • Must be registered and trained in WellSite Permit to Work for Operating Company Representative
  • Proficient in: WellView, ForeSite, JDE]
  • Strong data management skills and attention to detai
  • 7-10 years oil & gas land wells experience with knowledge of land rigs, workover and P&A operations.
  • PriorChevron Barrow Island experience is preferred.
  • Prior coiled tubing experience is preferred.
Benefits:
  • 12 month contract (initially)
