Your primary responsibility is the execution of high quality, smooth running events which exceed client expectations whilst developing and maintaining these client relationships and to ensure that all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and customer expectations are exceeded.
KEY QUALITIES:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive and flexible attitude
