Navarra is one of Sydney’s most prestigious events companies hosting an extensive range of events throughout a 50+ year history. It now runs five unique Sydney venues that host a vast array of functions every week of the year!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver high-quality customer service promptly and accurately
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event and staff areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Experience using POS systems
- Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
- Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
- Current RSA Photo Competency Card.
- Good WHS focus.
- Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the Company.
- Ability to interpret, communicate, and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
