Kondalilla Restaurant is located in the grounds of Kondalilla Eco Resort in Flaxton. As such, we share the same values of Relax, Revive, Recharge within our restaurant space, whilst also providing modern, elegant plant based and pescatarian cuisine and a high standard of service.
Our Executive Chef, Alex Schwarz, and the Restaurant Team are committed to creating a sustainable, eco friendly, inclusive space; utilising home grown and locally sourced fruit vegetables and bushtucker, ethically sourced Australian seafood and local dairy products to create well balanced, flavoursome, seasonal menus rich in nutrition and style.
We are looking for an experienced and friendly hospitality professional to join our team; offering consistent hours, competitive rates, great tips and an amazing Front of House and Kitchen team to work alongside, whilst providing an excellent work/life balance.
About the successful candidate
- Previous experience working in an a la carte restaurant
- Holds a current RSA certificate
- Previous bartending & barista experience an advantage
- Wine knowledge an advantage
- Friendly, professional customer service and effective communication skills
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Current Driver's Licence & own reliable transport
- Good time management skills
- Commitment to furthering the excellent reputation of Kondalilla Eco Resort & Restaurant
