- Ongoing casual role with view to perm
- Full time hours; Monday to Friday; 8am – 4pm
- Thomastown location
- $32.73 per hour
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties will include:
- General administration and support to the Warehouse team
- Data Entry and matching of inwards receipts
- Customer service over the phone and email for general or stock enquiries
- Liaising with internal staff and shipping or courier companies
- Use of Microsoft Office suite and WMS system MS Dynamics
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:
- Proven experience in an Administration role – Warehouse Administration advantageous
- Good computer skills – experience using an WMS an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Available 5 days a week on an ongoing basis
