AddressWe are seeing a Warehouse & HR Equipment Operator to work Friday to Tuesday 6am to 2pm.

Position Overview
- Verify shipments for accuracy and document any discrepancies.
- Ensure any issues with shipment overages or shortages are handled promptly and efficiently at CTO.
- Maintain a workspace (trucks and warehouse) that is free of debris at all times and adheres to safety guidelines.
- Forklift Operation: drive or operate equipment as needed to ensure daily schedules are completed.
- Truck Operation: drive or operate equipment as needed to ensure daily schedules are completed.
- Securing and restraint of all loads on back of trucks
- Lodgment of all related import and export documents
- Responsible for following the facility security and safety policies.
- Ensure that high quality customer service is delivered.
- Responsible to strict adherence of all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
- Responsible to follow all truck and forklift fleet and schedule preventative maintenance checks and processes.
- Specific daily and job tasks directed by all FT Supervisors on relating shifts
- Driver run sheets maintained.
- Other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Results oriented - Able to quickly advise Supervisors/Management to efficiently resolve any issues or problems.

- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work In a team environment and independently.
- Detail oriented, able to complete work accurately and within established timelines.
- Able to operate basic hand and small electric tools.
- Organized – Able to maintain an excellent safety record.
- Assume other duties or tasks as presented by Supervisor, Department or Branch Manager.
- Able to perform the essential duties of this position without posing a “direct threat” to the health or safety of self or others
- Able to interact positively and effectively with co-workers, subordinates and supervisors.

- Valid drivers license
- Valid HR license
