QLD | VIE Customer Service - Operateur Export - Freight (Full time)

SIFA Logistics recherche un VIE basé à Brisbane pour assurer des opérations de transit, transport et douane.

Description de la mission proposée :

Rattaché à une équipe de 4 personnes à Brisbane (19 en Australie), la mission consistera à traiter des opérations de transit à l'international par avion et par bateau.

Le traitement du dossier débute lorsqu'une commande est passée entre un chargeur et un importateur et se finit à la facturation du dossier.

Compte tenu de la structure de l'équipe le poste se décompose en 3 fonctions à savoir :
- Operations : assurer les opérations de transit, transport, douane, nécessaire au bon déroulement du dossier. Cela inclus
une forte implication avec la gestion de l'entrepôt et des réceptions.
- Customer Service / Front office: communication avec les clients.
- Commerciale : le bon déroulement des points ci-dessous permettra au volontaire de développer, approfondir et saisir des
opportunités de développement commerciale.

Durée de la mission : 24 mois. Option de prolongation dans le pays après la mission.

Description du profil: Sérieux, motivé, travailleur, ambitieux et sympathique

Expérience souhaitée : 12 mois min en transit.
Spécialisation : Supply chain, Logistique, Achats, Transport

Diplôme : Autre Bac+2, Licence, DUT/DEUST, Licence professionnelle, BTS, Master 2, Master 1
