Your Role:
As Warehouse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our 24/7 operation, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse activities and manufacturing processes. You'll drive continuous improvement ideas and lean practices, while also championing the adoption and coaching of a market-leading ERP system.  You will also oversee the material flow through their facility, balancing lead times, with stock availability with customer demand.

But that's not all! This role offers tremendous growth opportunities, with plans for establishing a new Warehouse and transitioning into a multi-site operation. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the establishment of this new site and eventually running a 2 site operation.

You should have a positive attitude towards change and development, with a passion for upskilling teams and driving capability enhancement while maintaining a safe working environment.

Experience in material planning/scheduling and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems are crucial. While stability and tenure within previous roles are preferred, we welcome candidates from various industries who can demonstrate strong team connections, process development skills, and adept utilisation of systems.
