Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and execution of Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility, user engagement, and community growth across various platforms.
- Be creative in producing high-quality, engaging content including posts, videos and reels that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on Social Media metrics and trends to optimise performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with users, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions to cultivate a vibrant and supportive community atmosphere.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance our digital presence and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field desirable.
- Proven experience managing Social Media accounts for brands or organisations, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for community building, user engagement, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
