As a growing leader in the distribution and delivery of automotive parts and accessories our Parts Distribution Warehouse, located at Keswick continues to experience rapid growth. An exciting opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Assistant to join our fast paced, dynamic and high performing team.
Whilst you may not necessarily have warehousing experience, we are willing to train the right person who has a positive work approach, a ‘can do’ attitude and most of all, are great team player.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with scanning and ensure all incoming stock is stored accordingly
- Accurate and timely picking, checking and preparing for the delivery of goods
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles
- Assisting with Parts interpreting to support the Parts Team
- General administration duties within the parts department including stocktake.
Required skills and experience:
- Full Australian working rights (without restrictions)
- You must hold a current South Australian driver’s licence
- Forklift licence is desirable however, not essential
- Competent computer literacy including data base & MS Suite
- Excellent time management skills to ensure workload flows smoothly
- Be prepared to successfully undergo a Criminal History Check and Medical Screening prior to commencement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
