What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse during a key electoral activity. Responsiblities will include:
- Picking and packing of various consignments
- Adhering to stock control procedures, including record management
- Delivering consignments in a one-tonne van
- Loading and unloading of vehicles (manually and by forklift)
- General warehouse cleaning and maintenance when required
What you will bring to the role
- A current and valid forklift's license (mandatory. High reach and counterbalance experience preferred)
- A current and valid car driver's license (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse (certification level preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment
- Commitment to the VEC's core vales
