Warehouse Assistant - Fabrication, Assembly And Dispatch

MN Spraybooths is an Australian owned business that designs and manufactures a broad range of high-performance spray-painting booths for body shops and collision repair centres of all shapes and sizes.

Located in Pakenham Victoria, our fully equipped workshop manufactures custom parts and projects in-house for nationwide distribution and installation. To support this, our warehouse manufacturing teams are the backbone to our success.

The Opportunity

A position has presented for an experienced Warehouse person to join our team for an immediate start.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Fabrication of parts for spray booth equipment.
• Liaising with warehouse team for the production of stock items.
• Order fulfillment and packing of spray booth filters.
• Picking and packing goods for production and shipment.
• Loading/unloading of delivery trucks daily using forklift.
• Ensuring goods are dispatched in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assisting with unloading of containers.
• Liaising with freight companies for bookings/deliveries/issues.
• Ensuring a clean, tidy, organised warehouse and safe workplace practices at all times.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements.
• Working closely with all internal staff.

Skills we’re looking for

Although previous experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry of cool rooms or spray booths is highly favorable, on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant that can demonstrate:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Forklift license

• A true team player with the desire to get the job done
• Physically fit and willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm + overtime available (if desired).
