What are the essentials?

- How? Full time role (flexibility for 28-38 hours).
- Where? In our new modern office/warehouse in Bayswater, VIC.
- When? Hiring ASAP.
What are your key responsibilities?
Purchasing:
- Assisting with the daily purchasing activities.
- Researching new suppliers and new products to add to existing ranges.
- Sourcing/ordering of goods by raising and processing purchase orders.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Managing and projecting stock levels required, with regular reporting.
- Liaising with suppliers in regards to supply, delivery and lead times.
- Purchasing administration tasks.
Logistics/Warehousing:
- Managing stock locations and movements.
- Receiving, checking, putting away and recording shipments.
- Coordinating stocktaking activities.
- Creating shipment labels and booking freight through software.
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse.
