The Durable Concrete Coatings Brisbane Warehouse Team are seeking a results-driven and customer focused Warehouse Assistant.  This is a full-time role, based in Underwood from Monday to Friday. This role focuses on customer sales, light admin day-to-day operations and can offer career growth within a successful, expanding business.

Position duties involve:

• Providing service and support to our retail/warehouse team and customers 
• Advising customers in store and by phone on DCC products and accessories
• Timely and accurate preparation of orders for trade & retail customers  
• Building strong relationships with trade customers in-store
• Calculation of end of day balance, maximising loss prevention and monitoring monthly stock control  
• Supporting management & team to meet budgets and business goals
• Supporting management in the preparation and management of daily operations
• Establishing new client relationships through research and outbound calls
• Maintenance and building of current client relationships with regular engagement
• Providing clear direction to staff for day-to-day tasks
• Assisting management in the writing, editing, and publishing of engaging content for various social networks.

Salary will be the industry award or commensurate with industry experience and qualifications.

A Forklift ticket is preferred, and a driver’s licence is necessary for this role.
