About the role:
The Warehouse Coordinator Administration is responsible for managing all warehouse support matters including data entry into operating systems.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Accountable for pick journals (raising, printing, prioritizing, posting and archiving) and the distribution for Operations to pick.
- Ensuring overhauled assets, components and aftermarket parts are accurately delivered in operating system.
- Accountable for developing the warehouse performance scorecard and publishing of it on a monthly basis.
- Management of all warehouse related safety and compliance registers, for example safety interactions, forklift tickets, 5S check lists.
- Accountable for all entries associated with the booking back into the warehouse, all un-used or non-consumed inventory.
- Lead or participate in all Warehouse related transformation activity or improvement projects.
About you:
- Operation systems experience (AX or D365) highly regarded.
- 3+ years in a similar role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, heavy maintenance or supply chain environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate across all levels of the business.
- Process and deadline driven with the ability to work well under pressure.
