About the opportunity

This position is based in our Perth branch. As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and providing administrative support.

Success in this role means the smooth functioning of the warehouse and accurate stock levels, all whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Coordinating movements of inventory between branches
• Ensuring operational and administrative tasks within the warehouse are completed in accordance with established procedures and to the satisfaction of external and internal customers
• Maintaining inventory control systems to properly manage stock levels and ensure accuracy always
• Conducting weekly cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory and reconcile discrepancies
• Carrying out general warehouse/stores duties, including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, etc
• Providing back up branch administration when required

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous warehouse/logistics experience
• A forklift ticket 
• Intermediate computer skills
• Have current Australian working rights
• A proactive commitment to safety protocols

It’s not a deal breaker, but we’d also love to see some of the following:

• Experience working with an ERP/SAP 
• A background in mining or manufacturing
• A mechanical aptitude
