Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Officer to join our busy warehouse team in Sumner Park.
The primary focus of this role is to organize outbound freight, as well as to provide assistance where necessary with warehouse operations.
You will be required to liaise with various stakeholders and freight companies on a daily basis to ensure our delivery service levels are achieved.
About You
- 2 years experience in a dispatch role mainly with freight bookings and customer order fulfillment preferred but not necessary
- Fair understanding of warehouse operations
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Online portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while being punctual and maintaining accuracy
- Possess drive, initiative and enthusiasm to execute with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Moderate level of verbal, numerical and computer literacy
