We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Night Shift team at our Naval Base depot on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be responsible for the loading and unloading of LCL trucks, unpacking and packing of sea containers via 5-16T forklifts and attachments, and general movement and storage of warehouse items within the yard.
Commodities include but are not limited to, palletised freight, IBC’s, various steel products, timber packs, loose cartons, mining equipment and crates.
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
- Current High Risk Work Licence with LF endorsement
- Experience operating 2.5 - 16 tonne forklifts
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse and/or transport yard
- CN endorsement (desirable)
- Great attitude and flexibility towards work
- Positive safety attitude
