Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Administrator to join our Warehousing team in Merbein. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and administration associated with the coolroom activities of the Merbein temperature-controlled warehousing

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant supervisors and managers to facilitate warehouse / cool room movements
  • Coordinate, track and document all movements into and out of all pre-cooler rooms
  • Adhere to Customs and Quarantine guidelines 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product information and guidance on solutions
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with all allocated customers
  • Help promote a culture of safety by adhering to occupational health and safety protocols and guidelines
About You

If you possess the following skills & experience, we’d love to hear from you!
  • 2 years’ administration experience in an office environment
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Strong, effective communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • You thrive in a team environment and can also work autonomously when required
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Safety Focused
