As a Trainee, you will embark on a journey of firsthand learning while completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations. Working from the main site at Dandenong, you will have a chance to work with professional concrete contractors who are trusted partners of Melbourne's most established builders.
What will you be doing?
- Manage receivable and dispatch documentation, Assist with ongoing maintenance of Material Safety Data Sheet Register for office and Yard/warehouse site.
- Maintain stock control and receivables, coordinate stock takes, use internal computer systems, administer a fatigue risk management system.
- Assist with allocating labor workforce across projects, Assist with the management of onsite plant bookings, maintenance and associated dockets.
- Showcasing attendance and satisfactory completion of studies at RTO, with practical on-the-job training.
- Undertaking additional duties as required, based on your skill, experience, and training.
About you?
- A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative with an ability to work in a team environment self-starter with a sense of humor.
- Possess numeracy skills, Administration, Data Entry & Computer literate, and Customer Service experience.
- Must have a valid Driver's License/own vehicle.
- Police Check Required.
- Pre-Traineeship course (Preferable eg Certificate II Logistics,Cert II Business)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks, with great attention to detail.
