- Standard 11
- Forklift – High Risk Work License (LF) -Preferred but not essential
- Tech-Savvy
- Computer/systems knowledge
- Commitment to Safety

- Time management and self-motivation
- Warehousing Experience - Preferred but not essential
- Administration experience - Preferred but not essential
- Experience in the coal industry - Preferred but not essential
