AddressVoltex Electrical is searching for a diligent and responsible Warehouse Optimisation and Cleaning Leader to join our team. We take pride in our work and are looking for a dedicated person to help us maintain a clean and organised workspace!
ResponsibilitiesAs the Distribution Centre Optimisation Leader, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a "White Glove Test" clean and hygienic environment across the facilities including:
- Shine and sustain all aspects of the facility and equipment
- Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor
- Operate a floor sweeper, floor scrubber and other equipment
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in the warehouse including sweeping, mopping and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and maintain office spaces, including vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting common areas
- Report any maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- Available Mon-Fri
- Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning needs
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
