We have a customer centric culture and are looking for a Warehouse Oder Picker & Packer to join friendly and engaging warehpopuse team based in in the Forge head office in Edwardstown, Adelaide.
Our dynamic, fast-paced, and friendly environment will suit an energetic, self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys multi-tasking to juggle a range of priorities and is not afraid of change.
About the role
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and results oriented individual to take responsibility for picking and packing clients orders, managing inventory and driving continuous improvment in the Forge warehouse.
You will be part of an enthusiastic team that delivers WOW service to Forge customers . Attention to detail in a face paced and dynamic enviromenont is critical along strong communication, time management and organisational skills.
This is a great opportunity for you to own the role and grow within the business! You will be provided on-the-job training, online learning, mentoring and work in a supportive team environment. To be successful in this role the candidate must;

Responsibilities
- Delivering WOW service to make life easier for plumbers
- Daily stock control and replenishment
- Picking & packing client orders
- Processing of customer returns
- Liaising with freight and logisting companies
- Follow-up customer orders and deliveries

Skills and experience
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift licence
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge in plumbing/trade related industry and products
- Strong customer centric focus and determined to go the extra mile for customers
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a growth mindset
- Proficient computer and software skills
