Pick Packers Wanted - $31.61Ph+

Metro Workforce are currently looking to fill Warehouse Operator positions within the Aldi Distribution Centre at Regency Park. We have positions within the Selections Teams on an ongoing basis with rostered shifts between Monday to Sunday.

• AM & PM Shifts Available - 5am starts and 12pm starts 
• Rate from $31.61 per hour plus penalties, ( Saturday and Sunday rates  )
• Offering between 8-10 shifts per fortnight (Shifts are around 6 -8 hours long)
• 25 - 30 hours a week 

Don't have Warehousing Experience but have a great attitude & are reliable to work 8-10 shifts a fortnight. (Preference is to be available to work across any days of the week from Monday to Sunday is highly regarded).

We are looking for people that not only ensure their work is completed to the highest standard, but can do so whilst balancing different priorities, tight deadlines and unexpected challenges. Because these roles can be physically challenging, we need Operators that are able to remain productive and energetic through out their shift. Picker's will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and prompt picking, receiving and dispatching of goods
• Electric Pallet Jack experience 
• Voice Picking ( preferred )
• Managing orders
• Controlling stock levels
• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Working within a team environment

Selection Criteria:

• Available any days of the week Monday to Sunday (Preferred),
• Have a Forklift License or Willing to get within 3 months of starting, 
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,
• Good attention to detail,
• Confident and engaging communication skills,
• Great Attitude and Want to Succeed,
• Adaptability and flexibility,
• Must be able to PASS Full Medical plus D&A Test.
