Specialising in custom, high-end exhibition stands and museum displays, we serve a diverse clientele, including Australian and global brands, Government agencies, councils, and tourism attractions. We also believe in giving back to the community and addressing community needs, from feeding the hungry and housing the homeless to educating children.

Our team has expanded, and we’ve upgraded from our shed (and coffee machine!) to our own custom-built office & workshop facility. We believe in working hard, supporting each other, and enjoying ourselves - our regular darts tournaments and beer taps are a testament to that! 

We are currently seeking a passionate Warehouse Store Person/Site Installer to join our team on a full-time basis in our office and workshop, situated midway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in our exhibition and display installations' success. 

A typical day with us might include:

• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Warehouse, Project, and Production Managers to align packing requirements for events and exhibitions. Your role plays a big part in ensuring hire items, materials, joinery, and display items arrive safely at our events and exhibitions.
• Hands-On Execution: Coordinate with the Warehouse team on loading, unloading, storing, and packing activities. Your attention to detail in your packing list ensures every item is accounted for, avoiding any loss or damage. 
• Site Installation & Dismantling: You will be responsible for the delivery, installation, assembly and dismantle of Exhibition stands and displays. This may include multiple exhibits and displays at multiple external locations, at the same time. 
• Smooth Operations: Facilitate pickups and deliveries, adjusting to the dynamic needs of our projects. Managing the crew by ensuring inductions, timesheets and hours are completed and accurately recorded. 
• Workspace Excellence: Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Creativity and Support: Support creativity and fabrication of displays, assisting clients with managing exhibition stands onsite.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory and stock control to ensure readiness for upcoming projects and accurate representation in our system, overseeing packing lists and ensuring all inclusions are added by team members.
• Maintenance and Improvement: Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep facilities and equipment in top condition, suggesting efficiency improvements.
• Teamwork: Support teamwork and contribute feedback during debrief sessions for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Industry Experience: Experience in the event/exhibition/expo industry, particularly with installing/dismantling Exhibition stands and displays, is highly desirable. 
• Licenses:  A current forklift license and manual driver's license are essential, MR licence would be advantageous.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to meet the demands of a physically intensive role in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Exceptional attitude and capability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on detail, order, and cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Organisational Skills: Proven ability to organise workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: A calm and problem-solving approach under pressure.
• Flexibility:  Willingness to travel and work weekends when necessary to support the projects we deliver.
• Computer Literate: Able to quickly learn and utilise our systems.
• Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
