The Role: Located at our new facility in Cambridge near Hobart airport, we are looking for someone who loves a great team environment and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders. We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, self motivated and determined individual with experience in warehousing to come on board and assist with our ever growing business.
We provide 3PL services for predominantly medical products (non-pharmaceutical) for distribution throughout Tasmania and pride ourselves on a high level of customer service, care in handling of our client's products and keeping our facility clean. This position is a full-time role within a small team, Monday to Friday with no weekend work. A strong sense of teamwork, initiative and adaptability is key to our operation and the position would suit a friendly, positive, and motivated individual. We have a track record in career progression and support by providing opportunities for training and growth within the business.
Key Tasks:
- operating Fork Lift trucks.
- unloading stock from containers, trucks and other vehicles
- verifying pick accuracy of orders picked by other staff.
- processing orders through a Warehouse Management System
- checking off inbound deliveries against Manifests and put away into selective racking.
- conduct local Hobart deliveries in Van in relief of regular driver.
- ensuring stock and storage areas are clean and organised.
Skills and Experience:
- Current Forklift license - Essential.
- Clean and current motor vehicle license - Essential
- At least 12 months experience in warehousing or 3PL environment.
- Basic Level of Computer skills
